Disclosure pursuant to Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, no. 196 “Personal Data Processing Code”

The undersigned company of Nello di savio, the owner of the processing of your personal data, pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree. 30.6.2003 n. 196, informs you of the following regarding the personal data you provide for the management of the current contractual relationship with you. In particular, the processing is aimed at the fulfillments inherent in and consequent to the performance of all administrative, commercial, accounting and tax activities. The provision of data and its processing are mandatory in relation to the purposes related to contractual and legal fulfillments.
The provision is also to be considered mandatory for the performance of all activities of the writer necessary and functional for the execution of contractual obligations. Any refusal to provide the data for these purposes may result in the inability of the writer to carry out the same contractual relationships and legal obligations.
On the other hand, the provision of data is optional for the sending of communications or advertising material that our company may also carry out through your e-mail address or fax number. You may object to such processing at any time by sending a request to the email address or fax number below.
Any refusal to provide data for marketing purposes will not affect the smooth execution of the current contractual relationship.
The personal data you provide will be processed “lawfully and fairly,” as stipulated in accordance with Article 11 of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003, no. 196.
The processing will be carried out with the support of paper, computer or telematic tools (at the bottom of the page you will find the copy of the law in the case of the electronic sector online). Only authorized individuals such as those in charge of the administrative accounting area, marketing department, IT system management and maintenance staff will be able to access, and thus become aware of, your data.
Without prejudice to communications performed in fulfillment of legal and contractual obligations, all data collected and processed may be communicated in Italy and transferred abroad exclusively for the purposes specified above to:
service companies, data processing companies, accounting/tax consultants and in general to all the Bodies in charge of audits and controls regarding the correct fulfillment of the above-mentioned purposes;
any subjects outside our structure, with whom we have made precise agreements regarding the measures to be taken to ensure the security of the data entrusted to them, in any case, the data will be processed exclusively for the pursuit of the purposes indicated above.

Right of access to personal data and other rights
The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or non-existence of personal data concerning him/her, even if not yet recorded, and its communication in an intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to obtain the indication:
Of the origin of personal data;
Of the purposes and methods of processing;
Of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;
of the identification details of the owner, managers and designated representative in accordance with Article 5, paragraph 2;
Of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them in their capacity as designated representative in the territory of the State, as managers or appointees.
The data subject has the right to obtain:
updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;
the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
A statement that the operations referred to in paras. (a) and (b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except where this proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the right protected.
The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even if relevant to the purpose of collection;
to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
